Payment of the balance of the price for any products or services booked is due 60 days before the departure date of the first product or service included in the applicable booking. If payment is not made your booking will AUTO CANCEL. 

Tours Departing Between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021

Passengers who make bookings under the ‘Book with Confidence’ travel policy for a tour departing between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 will be permitted to cancel their confirmed tour services, pre- or post tour accommodation services, extra services, or transfer services at any time prior to 30 days from the date of tour departure (60 days in the case of bookings on the G Expedition, and as outlined below for the ‘Book Your Bubble Collection’) at no charge if they also rebook another tour service and/or reschedule travel to a later date, which later date must be within two years of the initial departure date. The passenger must rebook their deferred travel at the same time as their cancellation in order for the ‘Book with Confidence’ policy to be applicable. Regular terms and conditions apply to all cancellations or rebookings made within 30 days of departure.

Tours Departing after December 31, 2021

Passengers can cancel their tour anytime with a 60 day notice. Please note: Your deposit will remain a "LIFETIME DEPOSIT" Only payments made after the deposit will be refunded. 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

(a) Cancellation received 60 days or more before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, the remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator in respect of the cancelled product will be refunded.

(b) Cancellation received 30-59 days before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, an amount equal to 50% of the remainder of the payments made to the Tour Operator in respect of the cancelled Tour will be refunded.

(c) Cancellation less than 30 days before departure of first product or service in relevant booking: Lifetime Deposit will be held by the Tour Operator in accordance with these Terms, and no further refund will be payable.

For certain products or services offered by the Tour Operator, including bookings on or related to the Expedition (see 29(C) below and TailorMade – see 29(E) below, and Day Tours – see 29(F) below), and Local Experiences (see 29(G) below), alternative cancellation terms may apply. The Tour Operator will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.

Cancellation of Arrival Transfers, Pre and Post Night Accommodations, My Own Room and optional activities booked directly with the Tour Operator:

(a) Cancellation 31 days or more before departure: you will receive a full refund in respect of cancelled Arrival Transfers, Pre and Post Night Accommodations, My Own Room and optional activities.

(b) Cancellation 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be payable in respect of any cancelled Arrival Transfers, Pre and Post Night Accommodations, My Own Room and optional activities
