PRIVATE OR GROUP FAMILY ADVENTURES

One of the advantages of group travel is the diversity of people you get to share your experience with. Family trips are a great way for children to meet and interact with other kids from around the world who are close to their own age and share common interests. It’s not uncommon for families who meet on our trips to stay close after the trip ends; some even make the experience an annual tradition.

Do you have a group of 6, 8 or more? We can customize a private adventure just for you!

LEARN NOW,  APPRECIATE FOREVER

Traveling is the perfect way to open up a child’s world to possibility and wonder. Powerful experiences lead to new interests, and exposure to different cultures, languages, and environments helps the kids of today become the responsible, well-rounded adults of tomorrow. Our Family trips deliver a seamless mix of adventure and education that’s so much fun they won’t even realize they’re learning something the whole time.

BUILT FOR FAMILIES

Traveling with the family is an adventure unlike any other, in all sorts of ways. Kids often have wildly different needs than adults, which is why we don’t just adapt our grown-up itineraries for smaller travelers. Little things like age-appropriate activities, hotels with amenities designed for families on the go, and CEOs that think like kids and adults alike are just a few of the things that set our Family trips apart. We believe that everyone deserves to have the time of their lives, no matter how old they are.

GOT TEENAGERS EXPLORE THE WORLD

If there’s one thing teens and almost-teens agree on, it’s that traveling with their parents is the Worst. Thing. Ever.

It doesn’t have to be. We know teens are up for more challenges than younger kids, so we’ve taken some of our itineraries suitable for adults and transformed them into adventures for families with older kids. Adventures with teens allow older kids to enjoy each others’ company while experiencing the more grown-up activities together. And our teen tours offer more challenges and choice than our other Family trips. Give your young adults something they really want: Something of their own.

Down Under surfing

Surfing in Australia

Grab your teenage kids and hop a plane to Australia, New Zealand or both. It's safe, fun and perfect for the entire family. A massive swath of the South Pacific dotted with islands both huge and minuscule, Oceania is a region simultaneously divided and united by the sea. The coastlines of Australia and New Zealand – the largest nations down in this part of the world – are legendary and endless, but it’s what goes on inland that really makes these places special. Cosmopolitan cities, mist-shrouded volcanoes, vast deserts, and isolated communities populated with some of the most interesting people you’ll find anywhere await. There’s no place like this place anyplace, and they can’t wait to prove it to you.

Land of the Maya

Smoking volcanoes spin by as a sea of Mayan weaving lurches from one side of the chicken bus to the other. With the Mayan majority on constant display, dramatic geography, and prices any frugal traveller could love, for some, Guatemala is the quintessential Central American experience. Incredible Antigua, one of its mandatory stops, was once the capital of an enormous swath of the Americas. Frozen in time for centuries thanks to repeated earthquakes, today it has been impeccably restored in all its rubble and glory. From crater lakes to the ruins of Tikal, Guatemala is sure to keep you and your teenagers busy.
