TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For international travel U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations. Passports must be valid and have an expiration date of 6 months or more from the final date of travel. For example; if your departure date from Europe is 6/6/2019 your passport must be valid until at least 12/7/2019.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

When you submit this form for your deposit you are acknowledging the cancellation policy below.

Your deposit is only refundable if you cancel prior to 9/10/2018. Refunds take 6-8 weeks to process and will be issued to the original credit card used. If you cancel 129 days or less, after final payment, the following fees apply.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons. You must purchase this insurance with 14 days of your original deposit to receive full coverage. A quote will be provided to you upon request. Quotes vary dependent upon age, destination and total cost of trip. 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
If you want to request a cabin you need to submit a deposit of $250 per person ($500 per cabin) Once you submit your deposit your agent will contact you with cabin availability.
